Last minute trip? Need a bag today? We offer same-day pick up at our Toronto store. Most orders are ready within 60 minutes. Our store is located in the trendy Queen St West shopping district, close to Union Station and major attractions such as the Rogers Centre, CN Tower, Scotiabank Arena, Nathan Phillips Square, and the Eaton Centre.
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
We offer free Canada Post Expedited shipping on orders over $149, after discounts and before taxes. Orders under $149 will be charged a $15 shipping fee and oversized items will have a shipping fee of $20. All orders will be packed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Please note that Canada Post is currently operating on a rotating strike, so delivery guarantees are suspended at the moment. If you require faster and more reliable shipping, you may choose UPS as your carrier at checkout. For more information on the Canada Post strike and to see where the rotating strikes are, see here.
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and includes things like the apartment/unit number and buzzer code (if applicable). If you need to correct your shipping address, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to amend your address. Note that once your order is shipped, we unfortunately can't redirect or change the shipping address.
Shipping notice — PO Boxes
Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. If you choose UPS for shipping and a PO Box is provided as the shipping address, we’ll attempt to contact you for an alternate street address. If we’re unable to reach you within a reasonable time, your order may be canceled and refunded.
SMALL PARTS
If you’re ordering small parts, you can select Lettermail as your shipping method at checkout as a more economical option. Please note that this option is not tracked and cannot be refunded or resent if lost in transit.
INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
Timbuk2.ca does not ship internationally; we only ship within Canada. For all orders outside of Canada, please go to timbuk2.com.
OVERSIZED ITEMS
Due to shipping costs, each oversized item shipped will have a $20 shipping fee. This includes all rolling luggage. This shipping fee will be applied automatically at checkout.
